About me
I know from personal experience how hard it can be to navigate the challenges life throws at us, especially if we feel overwhelmed, stuck or unsure how to move forward. My own experience of therapy, and the positive difference it can make, inspired me to train in the profession.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I have trained in multiple evidence-based approaches, allowing me to tailor my work to each individual. Rather than seeing therapy as one-size-fits-all, I believe that different people, issues and life stages can all benefit from different ways of working.

Alongside my therapeutic practice, I continue to work as a professional performer. Working in a creative profession has given me valuable first-hand experience of uncertainty, rejection, self-doubt and the pressures of sustaining a career in which so much can feel outside your control. We all face our own challenges, and therapy can help us work through them, finding a way forward that feels right for us.
